Chitwan Rhinos Unveil Updated Logo Ahead of NPL Season 2

Kathmandu – Chitwan Rhinos, a prominent franchise of the Nepal Premier League (NPL), has officially unveiled a refreshed team logo ahead of Season 2, featuring a subtle yet meaningful design change that reflects the team's evolving identity and deeper connection with its supporters.

In a creative shift, the updated logo moves its visual emphasis from the word “Chitwan” to “Rhinos,” symbolizing a new chapter for the franchise. While the previous logo highlighted the city of Chitwan, the new emblem places the majestic rhino—a creature synonymous with strength, resilience, and pride—at the very heart of the design.

“This redesign is more than just a visual update,” the franchise stated. “It’s a celebration of the unshakable spirit of our fans and the values we stand for.”

The rhino is not only a key symbol of Chitwan, home to Nepal’s renowned Chitwan National Park, but also a national icon that represents power, endurance, and unity. Through this logo, the Chitwan Rhinos aim to honor the unwavering support of their fans—both within Nepal and around the world—who have stood by the team through every high and low.

Despite the design update, the franchise assures supporters that the spirit of Chitwan Rhinos remains unchanged. The team enters Season 2 with the same pride, passion, and unity, now expressed through a bolder, more focused visual identity.

“The overwhelming love for our mascot, Mr. Gaida, affirmed this connection,” said Aayush Neupane, Chairman of Chitwan Rhinos.
“His extraordinary popularity showed us where the hearts of our fans truly lie. This refined logo is partly a direct response to that heartfelt support. Fans, along with the spirit of the Rhino, will be at the forefront of our journey.”
